This seminar consists of a series of highly participative, engaging and purposeful exercises to help you see how your words, attitudes, and behavior affect not only your own level of workplace performance, but can have positive or negative influence on those you work with.
Participants consistently report back that this seminar helps them in a very practical way, see how the choices and decisions they make throughout every working day can help better serve themselves, their co-workers, their teams and their customers.
Course Fee
While there a $75 fee for instruction and course materials. You will be asked to provide a PTA number or a personal check upon registration.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited class size, your PTA will be charged $100 if you cancel your registration without at least 72-hour advanced notice prior to the start of the class.
