The Worklife@Caltech invites its subscribers to join Tai Chi sessions this Summer!
Energy is the bridge between your mind and body. When mind and body are disconnected, disease begins to occur. Through simple Taichi principles and exercises, you will sensitize your brain and become one with your body. Taichi creates a soft fluid upper body, strong solid lower body, clear mind, and stable emotions.
Sign up for the classes via eventbrite or simply WALK-IN to the class.
We are reserving 80% of our space for registered employees and 20% for walk-ins.
Once the class starts we will take attendance on a first-come, first-served basis. Be punctual to avoid forfeiting your space.
It is advisable to wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move!
