Kronos Upgrade Coming in July

Payroll Services is working closely with IMSS to upgrade the Kronos timekeeping system to version 8.1.3.
Kronos 8.1.3 will have a different layout and some changes in the way users enter information. Payroll Services is preparing training sessions for timekeepers and PAMs (Payroll Area Monitors) for July 10 through July 26, 2019. Please plan on attending a training session to view the new system.
The anticipated go-live date is July 29, 2019. Detailed information on the transition will be emailed mid-July.
