Training Information and Guides
Starting the Training:
- Confirm Access to Training.
You should receive an email to your Caltech.edu address with a link to access the training. This email will come from [email protected] - Schedule Time for the Training.
California Law requires all supervisory employees to fulfill a minimum of two hours of training in the prevention of harassment and non-supervisory employees to fulfill a minimum of one hour every two years. We are also including mandatory Title IX training which adds approximately one hour to the training. - Test the Training Bookmarking.
Make sure the training will save your place if you need to exit mid-course. Complete a brief portion and exit the training. Re-open the training to check if your progress was properly bookmarked. If your progress still does not bookmark, contact [email protected] - Required Versus Optional Reading.
Choosing the optional reading will increase your time in the training.
