Labor Relations
Labor Relations serves as one of the Institute's representative in all labor relations matters in collaboration with the Office of General Counsel. Key functions include administration and oversight of the terms and conditions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). The Labor Relations team also provides guidance and recommendations to academic leadership on a wide range of matters including the application and interpretation of employment policies, Institute policy and procedures, union contract provisions, labor agreements, and related regulatory requirements.
Labor relations also provides consultation and training on labor relations matters and topics.

The agreement takes effect April 1, 2025, and remains in effect through July 14, 2027.
