Welcome, Honorees

Caltech is a community of dedicated individuals who demonstrate a commitment to cutting-edge research and the first-class education of our talented students. Here, you will find information about our recognition program and explore the ways we celebrate excellence and commitment.

The Service & Impact Awards celebrate everyone who reaches their 10, 15, or 20+ year anniversary between January 1st and December 31st of the celebration year.

  • We are excited to announce the 2025 ceremony will, once again, be in person. We invite your family, friends, and colleagues to join us for the event inside Beckman Auditorium.
  • Honorees should RSVP ahead of time using the QR codes included with their honoree letters. Please reach out to hrprograms@caltech.edu with any questions.
  • Honorees are encouraged to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow enough time to check-in and locate their seating area.
  • Don't forget to stick around after the ceremony for a reception on Beckman Mall.

We use Engage2Excel to manage our service recognition gifts. Here's important information for you:

A service award mini box and brochure are sent annually to the recipient's home.

  • Mini boxes will be sent to honorees in the same month as their anniversary.
  • Mini boxes will be mailed directly to the honoree at their home address.
  • The gift selection brochure has a unique login for honorees to access the website with the full gift options/to place an order.
  • Honorees can choose to have their gift delivered to the office or home address.
  • Honorees will be invited to attend the Service & Impact Awards ceremony in the corresponding anniversary year.
