Benefits Fair and Flu Shot Clinic

This year Annual Enrollment will be from October 26 to November 13.

Please come to the annual Benefits Fair to get your flu shot and learn about the 2016 benefits plans we are offering to help you stay physically and financially well.

TIAA CREF representatives will be there to help you make your 2016 voluntary retirement plan elections.

Do you have questions about your health benefits? We will have representatives from the Caltech benefits team, Anthem, Kaiser, Delta Dental, VSP, MetLife, Aetna and Live Health Online at the fair to answer your questions.

Did you know we have an Anthem health concierge onsite? Meet Caltech's onsite Anthem concierge, Yvonne Cortez (your Anthem personal health advocate who can help you with claims, finding doctors or helping you select the plan that is best for you).

And, just for fun, we'll have an artist at the fair who will bring your retirement dreams to life—and you can keep the sketch!

If you can't attend the fair, you will be receiving an Annual Enrollment email on October 26th with a link to the benefits enrollment site that has all the information you need to make your decisions for 2016.
