Join APACT (Asian Pacific Americans at Caltech) for a fun, informative and interactive session on Clifton Strengths with special guest, Lilli Chavez, Talent Specialist in Advancement and Alumni Relations at Caltech and Gallup-certified Strengths coach. Based on 40 years of research by the Gallup Organization, the CliftonStrengths® Assessment offers a rich and detailed understanding of one's strengths, which are the proven levers for employee engagement, productivity, and personal well-being.

Lilli has over 13 years' experience in higher education (program management, administration, advising, and mentoring), 8 years teaching in K-12 public education, and 25 years in women's leadership/ministry, Lilli is committed to the personal and professional growth and development of individuals and in building effective teams and healthy organizational culture.

The first 15 people to sign up and who have not already taken the Clifton Strengths assessment will have an opportunity to take it for free and get their top 5 strengths!
