Benefits Fair
Calling all Faculty, Staff, & Postdoctoral Scholars!
Mark your calendars for the Benefits Fair on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 from 9am-2pm PT at the Avery House. Hosted by the Benefits Office, this year's benefit fair will feature the following services and resources:
- Flu and COVID-19 Vaccines
- Visit hr.caltech.edu/clinics to make an appointment and know what to bring.
- Chair Massages
- Stop by and relax with a free 15-minute chair massage - no appointment needed.
- Coffee Cart and Water Station
- Enjoy a free cup of coffee or tea! Visit a TIAA table to get a drink ticket.

- Schedule a Future Preventative Care Appointment with Kaiser
- Kaiser members who have a primary care physician (PCP) in the Los Angeles Service area can meet with a Kaiser representative to schedule a future preventative care appointment at their preferred Kaiser facility:
- Review this Kaiser document for a list of medical offices in the Los Angeles service area, which includes offices in Pasadena and Glendale.
- No appointments are necessary
- Kaiser members who have a primary care physician (PCP) in the Los Angeles Service area can meet with a Kaiser representative to schedule a future preventative care appointment at their preferred Kaiser facility:
