Medical Coverage While Traveling Abroad

If you are enrolled in the Caltech Student Health Insurance Plan, you (and your enrolled dependents) have access provided through Anthem Student Advantage (ASA) for health care coverage and emergency travel services when you are outside the United States. You can take advantage of these benefits regardless of the reason you are traveling abroad — work, study or vacation.

If you are planning to travel abroad, please review the Geoblue Highlight Sheet and share it with your traveling companions. In the event of an emergency, they may need to make arrangements on your behalf. Also, be sure to take your ASA medical plan ID card with you by downloading the Sydney Health App or downloading a copy at the Anthem CA website.
